We want you to love your Hunter Green Pilates Socks as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns

• You may return unworn, unused socks in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of socks that have been worn or washed.

• To start a return, contact us at [your email/portal]. We’ll provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or received the wrong item? We’ll gladly exchange it for you at no extra cost.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Subscription refunds: if you cancel mid-cycle, future renewals will be stopped immediately. Partial refunds for already-shipped items are not available.

Cancellations

• You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.

• Changes must be made 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your socks arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
